In the role of service coordinator, you will work as the hub between the customer, Bravida's technicians, and various suppliers. You will receive cases from customers where you interpret fault reports and determine what type of action is needed. You support the technicians in the field, assist them with drawings, information, and guidance, and ensure that each assignment is carried out correctly. You are responsible for planning, booking, and following up on the technicians' performance while keeping the entire flow from start to finish together. This means that you order materials, handle warranty cases, provide cost estimates, manage complaints, and ensure that the right information reaches the customer. You also ensure that all assignments are reported correctly by preparing billing documentation, summarizing hours and materials. The role also involves close customer contact where you provide status updates, conduct reconciliations, and ensure that the case is closed. In some cases, you participate in post-inspections or update contact lists and documentation related to the customer's properties.Your profile To succeed in the role of service coordinator, we believe you have a natural affinity for technology, service, and structure. You have a technical understanding that allows you to quickly grasp fault reports, understand how the systems are interconnected, and be a reliable support for the technicians in the field. It is important that you can interpret information, reason logically about possible causes, and come up with relevant questions or solutions. You are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact. Therefore, it is important that you can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing, manage expectations, and build good relationships. We also believe that you are a person who takes responsibility, drives cases to completion, and ensures that feedback is provided. You have a business mindset that makes you understand the importance of accurate documentation and a stable cash flow. Experience in service, electrical, installation, or property-related technology is an advantage, but most importantly, you have the desire to learn and develop in the role.
